The Challenge

Delivering a full-length feature film under intense constraints—minimal budget, limited crew, and a tight production timeline. The project was commissioned by an American distributor just a few months before principal photography, requiring rapid writing, planning, and execution.

The Approach

I led the project from the ground up, assembling a trusted team and balancing creativity with practicality. Every decision was guided by three pillars: budget control, time management, and production quality. I took a hands-on approach across all departments, such as directing talent, managing logistics, and editing the final cut, while fostering a set culture built on calm, focus, and collaboration. Efficiency was achieved through meticulous planning and flexible problem-solving, turning limitations into strengths.

The Result

Clownery was completed on schedule and successfully delivered to the distributor. It went on to secure international distribution across major platforms, including Amazon Prime Video and Tubi, and was dubbed into multiple languages to reach a wider audience. The film received 14 international awards and 8 nominations, proving that even ultra-low-budget productions can resonate globally when driven by vision, discipline, and heart.
